Only blocks from the Bel Air lofts, the Metro Regional Transit station is the new transportation hub for the Metro in south Austin. This park like setting is on the southwest corner of South Congress Ave and Ben White (78704 or 78745 coverge). From here you can be downtown, at the airport or in front of Barton Creek Mall in minutes. I’m not sure you can call this an amenity, but it is pretty cool to have a place like this so close to where you live. The Bel Air lofts is only a few short stoplights away.
