ESTE, the sister project to TwentyOne24, includes 57 residential units above 7 retail spaces. Located on East 6th Street on the former East End Lumber property, ESTE completion is anticipated for the 2nd quarter of 2008. Este interiors include granite countertops and travertine tile, drop-in cook-tops and built-in ranges. ESTE includes floor-plans ranging from 750 to 1800 square feet. Este’s all brick exterior and larger divided light windows will give the building a more traditional look. Este will include a café space on the ground floor.

Located in hip East Austin, the East End Flats popped up on my radar recently and I can’t wait to get and take some pictures.

What’s cool cool about it? It’s next to the new commuter rail, has 3 commercial units and the build outs are pretty nice.

What I don’t like… The neighborhood.
