Gone are the days of the $1000 1 bedroom in Clarksville. The rent increases in Downtown Austin Apartments for Rent and the Downtown Austin Condos for lease are pushing those residents out but since they move to Clarksville neighborhood, the rents there increased as well.
For example, I used to rent this cute 1 bedroom in clarksville for $1200 all bills paid.
We invited local Artisits to the Art and Architecture event to promote awareness of the affordable condominiums at Castle hill Terrace and raise money for the Komen Breast Cancer Research.
