This condo has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and 2 car garage. I’m comparing it to the Sage condos, Cardinal condominiums and Soco Lofts.

On this video, I’m looking at the outside of this 2 bedroom and 2.5 baths model unit. On the 4th floor, there is a huge outdoor deck that looks south of Austin. Prices start in low $200’s.
