You can download the floor plans that were originally provided to buyers by the building’s developer. However, many units have been remodeled, and information here is to be used as a guide only.

9th Floor

These units share their hallway with the entrance to the clubroom, pool, and media room. Units on the West side of the building have large patios.

These units share their hallway with the entrance to the gym. All units on this floor, and almost all the units above them, have balconies rather than patios.

All of the units on this floor, and all the floors above it, are residential, and are only accessible by people who live on that floor.

16th Floor

The only floor with 12′ ceilings, and last floor with all 18 units on it.

17th Floor

The 17th floor has a private outdoor seating and grilling area that is accessible only to residents on this floor. The building also gets thinner here, so this floor, and all floors above it, have only 11 units per floor.

18th – 42nd Floors

These floors are very similar to floors 11-15, with the exception that there are 7 less units per floor now.

The top of the tower includes 4 penthouses, and several smaller units. A couple of the penthouses extend to the 44th floor and include rooftop decks.
